Thank you for suggesting that we drive a little out of our way — to Ruiz Library — to vote, rather than going over to the closer facility at the nearby grocery mega store. Here is a picture of the line of people waiting to vote there.
We walked right up to our voting booths were in and out in less than ten minutes. I love my wife. She’s always so clever.

You can do that? We can’t here. We each have an assigned place in our neighborhoods and we have to vote there - no matter how much easier it might be for some to do it near their workplaces. We’re seeing a lot more absentee ballots, though.

Not so much a problem for me, directly. It’s only early voting that occured(for me) at the library. I still caucus at my usual voting space at the local high school.

Only for early voting. IF I waited until Tuesday, I’d have to go to my ‘assigned location’.

nice! I’m going to indulge in the hours that UT has to give me (I think 2) on voting day.. just to see the D-Day effect in person.
